Diana Brackin / Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Pain Management

Diana studied at IUPUI and received her Nurse Practitioner Degree in 2003. She has been in the nursing field for many years. She became a LPN in 1988 and a RN in 1992. She has a strong occupational health background and has concentrated mainly on pain management since 2006. She includes medical management, alternative treatments, trigger point and joint injections in her treatment planning. She and her husband have two daughters, two son-in-laws, and four beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys reading, spending time with family, and helping those who are in need of her medical care.

Sarah Lockman / Certified Massage Therapist

Massage Therapy

Sarah is a Certified Massage Therapist and has many years of experience. She and her husband have three children, which she loves spending her time with. Sarah looks forward to helping facilitate the patient's healing process, while working at SunRise HealthCare.

Adam Davis / Doctor of Chiropractic

Chiropractic Care

Dr. Davis grew up in North Vernon and is a third generation chiropractor. Dr. Davis received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in December of 2005, from Logan. He has been in private practice since January of 2006. In his free time, Dr. Davis enjoys jogging, watching sports, and spending time with his family. He and his wife have two beautiful young children.

Amy Wynn/Board Certified Nurse Practitioner – Pain Management – Referral Required

Amy has been in the medical field since 1997. She started as a CNA and continued forward to obtain my LPN and RN. She has been with SunRise HealthCare as an RN since November of 2015. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan in October of 2018 with her master’s in nursing as a family nurse practitioner.
